Andrew Wiggins finished Tuesday’s narrow loss to the Kings with 29 points (11-18 FG, 2-5 3PT, 5-6 FT), 10 rebounds, and three assists across 36 minutes.
This is the game the Warriors and fantasy managers have been searching for from Wiggins. While it wasn’t enough to secure a victory, seeing the veteran find his shot was certainly encouraging. The All-Star’s struggles have been well-documented, with this being only the second game this season he’s scored 20 points or more. He’ll have to string together a few more similar performances before fantasy managers should again trust him on a nightly basis. Although sometimes, a game like this is all a player of Wiggins caliber needs to catapult him into a hot streak. So, if you’re a Wiggins believer, the time to buy is now.
