Jimmy Butler (personal) ruled out for Monday’s game against the Cavaliers. (Source: Anthony Chiang on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Butler will not travel with team to Cleveland and has been ruled out for Monday’s game due to personal reasons. He will now will miss his second consecutive game to attend a personal matter. His next chance to return will be Wednesday’s tilt against the Timberwolves. Look for Kendrick Nunn to see an expanded role with Butler sidelined.

Derrick Jones Jr. scored 13 points (5-7 FG, 1-3 3PT, 2-2 FT ), while adding four assists, four rebounds and four steals across 27 minutes in the Heat's 124-105 win against the Cavaliers on Saturday night.

Fantasy Impact: Jones Jr. drew the start in tonight’s game, filling up the stat sheet producing 32 fantasy points. With Jimmy Butler expected to return soon, Jones Jr. can be used as a streamer, but is too inconsistent to be considered anything more than a deep-league option. The Heat will next take on the Cavaliers at the Quicken Loans Arena on Monday night.

Bam Adebayo scored 15 points (7-9 FG, 1-3 FT), while adding nine assists, three rebounds, one steal and one blocks across 26 minutes in the Heat's 124-105 win against the Cavaliers on Saturday night.

Fantasy Impact: Adebayo had a near double-double tonight, he likely would have achieved it if he played more in the second half of tonight’s game. The Heat scored 82 points in the first half and held a 30 point lead, limiting his minutes tonight. The All-Star is averaging 16.1 points, 10.6 rebounds and 5.0 assists across 55 games this season.

Kendrick Nunn scored 24 points (7-12 FG, 4-7 3PT, 6-6 FT ), while adding eight assists, two rebounds, two steals and one block across 35 minutes in the Heat's 124-105 win against the Cavaliers on Saturday night.

Fantasy Impact: Apparently, the All-Star break is all that Nunn needed in order to regain his shooting stroke. In his past two games, he is shooting 60 percent from the field and 55 percent from downtown. If anyone dropped him in your fantasy leagues, pick him up immediately. Nunn and the Heat will hit the road to take on the Cavaliers on Monday night.

Jae Crowder scored 13 points (5-8 FG, 3-6 3PT), while adding five steals, four rebounds and two assists across 27 minutes in the Heat's 124-105 win against the Cavaliers on Saturday night.

Fantasy Impact: Jae Crowder was considered a secondary player in a trade earlier this month, when the Heat acquired Andre Iguodala. He has been nothing short of phenomenal since joining the Heat, both on the defensive and offensive end of the court. Since his arrival, he is averaging 17.0 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.5 steals in his four games played. Crowder can be used as a streamer and should be picked up in all league formats.

Kelly Olynyk scored 17 points (5-7 FG, 4-6 3PT, 3-4 FT), while adding two rebounds, two assists, two steals and one block across 26 minutes in the Heat's 124-105 win.

Fantasy Impact: Due to Jimmy Butler’s absence in tonight’s game, Olynyk posted 30 fantasy points in extended minutes. This was a great outcome, if you plugged him into your DFS lineups tonight. If he can get 15 to 20 minutes on a consistent basis, he could be an option as a waiver wire pick up in deeper leagues. Olynyk and the Heat will look to keep it going against the Cavaliers on the road on Monday Night.

Duncan Robinson scored 10 points (4-12 FG, 1-8 3PT, 1-1 FT) while adding two assists and two rebounds across 33 minutes in the Heat’s 129-124 loss against the Hawks on Thursday night.

Fantasy Impact: Robinson has been a pleasant surprise for the Heat, he is in the top ten in both three-point percentage and three-pointers made this season. Robinson doesn't produce enough to be owned in standard leagues, but is worth stashing in deep-league formats. The Heat will next take on the Cavaliers on Saturday night.

Meyers Leonard (ankle) has been ruled out for Thursday’s game against the Hawks. (Source: Miami Heat on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Leonard (ankle) will miss Thursday’s game and is without a timetable to return to action soon. He will most likely miss additional games beyond Thursday. His next chance to return will be Saturday’s tilt against the Cavaliers. Look for Kelly Olynyk to see an expanded role while Leonard is sidelined.

Tyler Herro (foot) did not practice Wednesday and remains without a timetable for a return. (Source: David Furones on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Herro did shed the walking boot last week, but still remains without a timetable for a return. He will mostly like miss the next few games as he continues to recover from a foot injury. Look for Duncan Robinson to see an expanded role with Herro sidelined.

Goran Dragic scored 15 points (6-13 FG, 1-4 3PT, 2-4 FT), while adding six assists and two rebounds across 30 minutes in the Heat's 113-101 win against the Warriors on Monday Night.

Fantasy Impact: Dragic continues to produce solid numbers, in both scoring and assists categories. He has averaged has 16.1 points and 5.0 assists per contests in 2019-20. He is averaging 28 minutes a game, which makes him a DFS play on most nights. Dragic and the Heat will take on the Jazz on Wednesday night.

Andre Iguodala scored two points (1-2 FG, 0-1 3PT), while adding six rebounds, three assists, one block one steal across 23 minutes in the Heat's 115-109 loss against the Trailblazers on Sunday night.

Fantasy Impact: Iguodala was recently acquired by the Heat via a trade with the Grizzlies. This was his first NBA game played this season, due to his holdout while on the Grizzlies squad. The 36 year-old should provide an immediate impact to the Heat, especially in the defensive end. He should be viewed as cheap DFS option on most nights. Iguodala and the Heat will take on the Warriors on Monday night.

Gabe Vincent scored three points (1-7 FG, 1-6 3PT), while adding two rebounds and two assists across 21 minutes in the Heat's 105-97 loss against the Kings on Friday night.

Fantasy Impact: Vincent, playing in his second NBA game of his career could not buy a bucket, converting only one shot attempt. He has struggled in his first two games as a pro, making only 22 percent of his field goal attempts. Vincent and the Heat will next take on the Trailblazers on Sunday night.

KZ Okpala scored seven points (3-5 FG, 0-1 3PT, 1-2 FT), while adding four rebounds, two steals, one block and one assist across 21 minutes in Friday’s 105-97 loss against the Kings.

Fantasy Impact: Okpala was recently recalled from the G-league, where he had been averaging 11 points and 7 rebounds per game. He was active on both sides of the court in tonight’s game. DFS owners who randomly rolled the dice with Okpala based on his minimum price tag, got a decent fantasy output from the rookie. There is no reason to rush to the waiver wire to pick him up, as his minutes were a result of several players ruled out due to injuries. Okpala and the Heat will next play on Sunday against the Trailblazers.

James Johnson has been traded to the Timberwolves in exchange for Gorgui Dieng. (Source: Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Johnson was just traded to Memphis hours before being dealt again to the Timberwolves. The move to Minnesota should increase his fantasy value, as he should see an increased role off the bench. Johnson is averaging 5.7 points, 2.9 rebounds, 1.12 assists and 0.7 blocks across 18 games this season. With the recent move to Minnesota, he should be owned in deep-league formats.

Dion Waiters was traded to the Grizzlies on Thursday in the deal that sent Andre Iguodala to the Heat. (Source: Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN)

Fantasy Impact: Waiters was dealt to Memphis along with teammates Justise Winselow and James Johnson. Waiters has been out most of the season. He has only played three games all year. The Grizzlies will take a chance on Waiters and see if he can rebound to his 2015-2016 levels. Waiters is a fringe deep-league option at best and is should be left on the waiver wire.

Justise Winslow (back) is part of a package going from the Heat to the Grizzlies on Wednesday in exchange for Andre Iguodala. (Source: Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Winselow will be one of the pieces heading to Memphis as part of the deal for Iguodala. The 23-year old forward has been sidelined most of the season due to a back injury. He is averaging 11.3 points, 6.6 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 0.6 steals across 11 games for the Heat this season. Winselow will remain out through at least the All-Star break. Fantasy owners should stash Winselow, once he returns the 23-year old forward could see an expanded role with his new team.

Chris Silva produced no stats in the box score in one minute played in the Heat’s 113 -92 win against the Magic on Monday.

Fantasy Impact: Silva has logged only 11 total minutes played for the month of January, only a rash of injuries to the Heat front court would provide him some consistent minutes. He is not a fantasy option for the foreseeable future.
