by Joel E. Ruffin Jr. | Thunder Correspondent | Thu, Dec 7th 2:09pm EST

Chet Holmgren totaled four points (2-9 FG, 0-4 3PT), five rebounds, two assists, one steal, and six blocks in the Thunder’s 110-101 loss to the Rockets.

Fantasy Impact:

Holmgren scored 4.0 points in the Thunder's loss to the Rockets, putting together his worst scoring performance this season as he shot 22.2 percent from the floor and 0.0 percent from beyond the arc. Although it was a down-scoring night, his multi-categorical ability still saw him produce a solid stat line, as he contributed to every performance category with impressive marks, specifically in blocks and rebounds, as he had 6.0 and 5.0, respectively. This outing managed to reinforce two things: one, that he is human and will produce underwhelming performances from time to time, and two, that his value as a multi-categorical producer is a valid and reliable attribute of his game that will see that he continues to produce worthwhile fantasy production night in and night out. Holmgren has been sensational this season and will look to continue his successful rookie campaign against the Warriors while continuing to produce for season-long managers. His floor, upside, and price point make him an attractive asset in daily formats. He has a usage rate of 21.1 percent, a plus-minus of 4.8, and averages 29.8 minutes, 16.9 points, 7.9 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.0 steals, and 2.4 blocks per game while shooting 51.9 percent from the floor and 37.6 percent from beyond the arc.
