Fred VanVleet scored 42 points (12-30 FG, 9-13 3PT, 9-10 FT) to go along with seven rebounds, seven assists, two steals and one block in the Rockets 124-121 loss against the Jazz.
Fantasy Impact:
VanVleet exploded for 20 points in the opening quarter. He later cooled down, but still led the way for Houston on the night. It was an inefficient shooting night overall, but mostly inside the arc as he excelled from deep.
