Donovan Clingan contributed four points (2-of-4 FG), 13 rebounds, four assists, one steal, and four blocks over 37 minutes in Friday’s win against Charlotte.
Fantasy Impact:
In his first game back from a sprained left ankle, Clingan not only returned to the starting lineup but also logged a season-high 37 minutes. While his offensive production was limited, the rookie center delivered value with his defensive stats and playmaking, racking up rebounds, assists, and blocks. Clingan’s role and fantasy upside will depend on the availability of Deandre Ayton and Robert Williams, who both missed Friday’s contest. If Portland moves one of their veteran big men at the trade deadline, Clingan could see a significant boost in fantasy relevance, making him a player to monitor closely in deeper leagues.
