Fantasy Impact:
The Rockets recently acquired Springer as part of a trade between them and the Celtics, but they have made the decision to waive him in order to make room for newly-acquired Cody Zeller. He will hit the open market and seems to have a solid chance at landing somewhere for the back half of the season.
