Luka Doncic has agreed to a three-year, $165 million maximum contract extension with the Los Angeles Lakers according to Shams Charania. (Shams Charania on Twitter)

Doncic’s extension includes a player option for 2028. The superstar wing averaged 28.2 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 7.5 assists per game in the 25 contests after being acquired from the Dallas Mavericks before the trade deadline last season.
