McConnell exited in the second quarter, finishing with seven points (3-3 FG, 1-2 FT), two rebounds, three assists and one steal in eight minutes. The severity of the injury is currently unclear, but his next opportunity to play will be Saturday’s preseason game against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
