Javonte Green records double-double in spot start

Green tallied 11 points (4-11 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 11 rebounds, three assists, two blocks and one steal in 38 minutes during Monday’s 137-135 overtime win over the Wizards. The veteran forward started in place of Tobias Harris and Ausar Thompson, who were both sidelined with ankle injuries, and responded with his first double-double of the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Green continues to provide reliable energy and defense when called upon to start. His fantasy relevance hinges on the health of Detroit’s frontcourt, as his minutes and production could dip once Harris and Thompson return.
