Dante Exum (knee) to undergo season-ending surgery
by Bruno Mulé | Mavericks Correspondent | Thu, Nov 20th 3:28pm EST
The Mavericks announced Thursday that Dante Exum requires a follow-up surgery to address complications stemming from an offseason procedure on his right knee. Consequently, the veteran guard will miss the remainder of the season. He is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent this coming summer. (Mavs PR)
Fantasy Impact:
Exum's absence cements the current rotation in the Dallas backcourt. With Kyrie Irving also unavailable due to a knee injury, D'Angelo Russell and Brandon Williams are expected to continue sharing the minutes at point guard.
