Collin Gillespie thrives in first start of season

Making his first start of the 2025-26 campaign, Collin Gillespie flourished in an expanded role during Wednesday's 112-100 victory over the Kings. The guard orchestrated the offense effectively, dishing out nine assists while pouring in 21 points on 8-of-15 shooting. He also contributed defensively with two steals and added three rebounds in 34 minutes.
Fantasy Impact:
Although this was his first opportunity with the opening unit, Gillespie has been a staple of the Suns' rotation all year, currently ranking third on the team in total minutes played. He is in the midst of a scorching stretch over his last six games, averaging 17.7 points, 5.7 assists, 4.5 rebounds, 1.8 steals, and 3.2 three-pointers per contest.
