Tyrese Maxey was a rare bright spot for Philadelphia in Sunday’s blowout loss to Oklahoma City, finishing with a team-high 28 points (10-of-18 FGs, 6-of-7 FTs), two rebounds, five assists, and four steals in 36 minutes.
Fantasy Impact:
Despite facing a gauntlet of defenders, the 25-year-old speedster nearly cracked the 30-point mark even while struggling from deep (2-of-7 3PT). Maxey continues to prove himself as the franchise cornerstone, maintaining first-round fantasy value with season averages of 30.7 points, 6.9 assists, and 1.8 steals. He will look to keep rolling as the Sixers head out for a three-game road trip next week, starting with the Grizzlies, Mavericks, and Knicks.
