Fantasy Impact:
This is actually an upgrade for Oubre, as he has been out since the middle of November. The veteran forward has been gearing things up at practice recently, and he seems to have a chance of returning to the Philly rotation Wednesday night. Dominick Barlow stands to lose minutes upon Oubre's return.
