Allen delivered his second 30-point performance of the season Thursday, finishing with 33 points on 11-of-25 shooting in Phoenix's loss to Detroit. With Devin Booker (ankle) sidelined, the guard attempted 25 field goals including 20 from three-point range, connecting on seven from beyond the arc. He converted all four free-throw attempts while adding five rebounds and three blocks. The 33-point outing marked his first time surpassing 30 since scoring 42 in a November 10 victory over New Orleans.
Fantasy Impact:
Saturday's matchup against the Knicks represents Allen's next opportunity. His 20 three-point attempts highlighted the increased shot volume with Booker unavailable Thursday against the Pistons.
