Golden State head coach Steve Kerr said Gui Santos will miss Saturday’s contest against the Charlotte Hornets, but his absence is not expected to be long-term. (Danny Emerman on Twitter)

Santos exited Thursday’s 126-113 win over the New York Knicks early due to an ankle injury. While he appears to have avoided a serious issue, he will miss at least one game. With him sidelined, Quinten Post and De’Anthony Melton could see a bump in minutes.
