Anthony Edwards scores 38 points in loss

Edwards finished with 38 points on 11-of-28 shooting Tuesday while adding five three-pointers, eight rebounds, three assists and two steals in Minnesota's 127-122 defeat to Utah. He converted 11 of 12 free-throw attempts. The performance came two days after he posted a career-high 55 points against San Antonio on Saturday. Utah rallied from a 12-point fourth-quarter deficit as Keyonte George scored 43 points.

Minnesota next faces Chicago on Thursday. Edwards is managing a lingering foot injury heading into the Bulls matchup.
