Stephon Castle exited Tuesday's 136-108 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers in the second quarter with a pelvic contusion. X-rays revealed no structural damage. (San Antonio Express News)
Fantasy Impact:
Castle was injured with 4:10 remaining in the second quarter after taking a frightening fall while blocking a dunk attempt by the Lakers’ Rui Hachimura, but he was able to walk off under his own power. He was sidelined for the remainder of the game, finishing with two points, one rebound, seven assists and one block in 12 minutes. It remains unclear if he will play on Wednesday against the Golden State Warriors, though the team may opt to give him the night off to recover before All-Star Weekend. If he is unavailable, Dylan Harper and Julian Champagnie are expected to take on larger roles.
