Amen Thompson flirted with a triple-double for the Rockets Friday night, dishing out seven assists, grabbing seven rebounds, and scoring 26 points (11-12 FG, 4-6 FT) while also blocking one shot and recording two steals in a 106-99 win over the Trailblazers.
Fantasy Impact:
Thompson continues a modest stretch on both ends of the floor, dishing out three or more assists, grabbing five or more rebounds, and scoring nine or more points in each of his last five games. The 23-year-old continues to offer head coach Ime Udoka one of many versatile options in the Houston lineup on a nightly basis, averaging 17.6 points, 1.6 steals, 5.3 assists, and 7.7 rebounds per game to go along with a usage rate of 19.5% so far this season.
