Alex Sarr struggles in 22 minutes Saturday
by David Leisering | Wizards Correspondent | Sun, Mar 15th 9:49am EDT
Alex Sarr was held to just four points (1-9 FG, 1-5 3PT, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, two steals, and a blocked shot in 22 minutes of action on Saturday during the Wizards' loss to Boston.
Fantasy Impact:
Sarr is working his way back from a hamstring injury that kept him out for ten games in February and early March. Saturday's performance, by far, was his worst since his return, but he did manage two steals for the second straight game and has now blocked at least one shot in all four games since coming back. Sarr is averaging 13.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.3 blocks in March while playing just 20.6 minutes per game. With the Wizards out of the playoff picture, Sarr may be on a workload limit for the remainder of the season.
