Victor Wembanyama has entered concussion protocol and is out for remainder of Game 2 vs. the Trail Blazers. (Shams Charania on Twitter)

Wembanyama took a hard fall on the court and immediately went back to the locker room. Luke Kornet will see more run the rest of Game 2. Wembanyama's status will be uncertain heading into Game 3.
