Admiral Schofield produced three points (1-3 FG, 1-1 3PT, 0-0 FT) along with three rebounds in the Wizards' 111-100 loss to the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday.
While Schofield saw a big boost in minutes against the Pacers, he was unable to produce much as he attempted just three shots and snagged three rebounds. The 2019 2nd-round pick has, like many young Wizards, shown brief flashes on equally brief opportunities but remains just a possible dynasty stash .
On Monday, Admiral Schofield said he lost somewhere between 15 and 20 pounds during the NBA's hiatus.
Schofield will try to make an impact on the Wizards in Orlando. The 23-year-old has spent some time in the G-League this season but was recalled about a month and a half before the lockdown. So far this season, Schofield has averaged 10.9 minutes, 3.1 points, and 1.3 rebounds per game. If the Wizards make the playoffs, Schofield will not see any additional minutes. But, if the Wizards get eliminated before the play in, then Schofield could see an increase in minutes during the final regular season games.
Admiral Schofield recorded one rebound and one steal across three minutes in the Wizards' 121-107 win over the Hornets on Thursday.
The rookie has now appeared in two straight after a short stint in the G-League, though he's logged just five minutes combined in that span. The Tennessee product remains a valuable dynasty hold, though he has next to no value in redraft formats.
Admiral Schofield produced three points(1-4 FG, 1-3 3PT, 0-0 FT) across nine minutes in the Wizards' 111-101 win over the Hawks.
Schofield fell back to reality following his 18-point outing against the Magic, scoring just three points over nine minutes on the court. The rookie holds almost no fantasy value, as he needs a substantial blowout in order to be used enough to produce in fantasy.
Admiral Schofield produced 18 points(8-13 FG, 2-6 FT, 0-0 3PT), six rebounds and two assists across 36 minutes in the Wizards' 123-89 loss to the Magic.
With the Wizards playing much of Wednesday in garbage time, Schofield got a chance to prove himself and made tremendous use of it, scoring a career-high 18 points and falling four rebounds shy of a double-double. While Wednesday's performance isn't something you can expect on a regular basis, it's a great faith restorer for dynasty league hopefuls.
