Devin Carter

The Celtics are signing Devin Carter to an Exhibit 10 contract.

Fantasy Impact

Carter will compete for a depth role in the Celtics rotation.

The Hawks acquired Devin Carter from the Kings.

Fantasy Impact

Carter started 12 of the 38 games he appeared in last season. He will add depth in the back court for Atlanta.

Devin Carter led Sacramento with 21 points (8-14 FG, 0-5 3PT, 5-9 FT) and added five rebounds, five assists, one steal, and one block during the Kings' 138-109 loss to the Clippers on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact

Carter is getting an extended look down the stretch for the Kings as he has started each of the last seven games. During that stretch, Carter has supplied 13.9 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game. He appears to be playing his way into a key part of the Kings' future, though he will need to improve his three-point shooting to be even more effective. After his 0-for-5 performance from deep on Sunday, he is just 24-for-100 (24.0%) on the year.

Devin Carter finished with 20 points (6-12 FG, 3-5 3PT, 5-5 FT), eight rebounds, and five assists in Sunday's loss at Brooklyn.

Fantasy Impact

Carter endured a horrible performance Saturday in Atlanta, bouncing back for a strong effort Sunday in Brooklyn. The second-year guard has seen his playing time increase since returning from a five-game absence earlier this month. Over the last five games, Harris has averaged 14.0 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 3.2 assists while logging almost 27 minutes per contest.

Devin Carter is off the injury report for Sunday's game against the Nets.

Fantasy Impact

Carter is set to return. He should be in line for more run with Russell Westbrook (foot) ruled out.
