Frank Jackson scores 22 points off the bench in Saturday's loss

Frank Jackson scored a team-high 22 points (9-18 FG, 4-10 3PT, 0-2 FT), two assists and one block across 33 minutes in Saturday's 140-105 loss to the Celtics.

Fantasy Impact

Jackson scored double figures for the first time since November 14th's win over the Clippers. With J.J. Redick (hamstring) or Jrue Holiday (elbow) sidelined, Jackson stepped up and dropped 22 points off the bench in Saturday's loss. Jackson hasn't logged more than nine minutes since December 7th. Unless Holiday and Reddick are both out again, Jackson is a deep-league flyer at best. The Pelican next scheduled game is Monday, away against the Pistons.

Frank Jackson (neck) returns to action

Frank Jackson managed nine points (2-4 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT) and two rebounds across 19 minutes in the Pelicans’ 115-104 win over the Trail Blazers on Tuesday.

Fantasy Impact

Jackson returned from a one-game absence due to a neck injury and came off the bench. He's been a quality scorer on a per-minute basis this season, averaging 10.2 points and 1.4 triples across 17.2 minutes per game. He'll occasionally pop off for some big scoring nights, but Jackson is otherwise a deep-league stash who's only worth playing if backcourt injuries persist for New Orleans.

Frank Jackson pours in 19 in losing effort

Frank Jackson put in 19 points, six dimes, three rebounds and one steal in 34 minutes of floor time on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact

Jackson continues to be a solid source of scoring for the limping Pelicans but his lack of anything else makes him hard to trust in fantasy. He's finally found a three-point shot, hitting 2.5 per game from deep over his past four outings. Even still, Jackson has yet to convince he can hold it down on a fantasy roster.

Frank Jackson manages 14 points in loss to Bucks

Frank Jackson put in 14 points, three dimes and one rebound in 34 minutes of floor time on Tuesday night.

Fantasy Impact

Jackson has been on something of a tear lately, though the 0-for-6 mark from deep against the Bucks isn't great. Nonetheless, the rookie is looking good for solid minutes and usage down the line as the Pelicans will likely continue to rest and/or limit their veteran stars.

Frank Jackson posts second 20 plus point game on Sunday

Frank Jackson got the start in Sunday's game against the Hawks in place of the injured Jrue Holiday and scored 20 plus points for the second game in a row. Jackson finished with 23 points while adding six rebounds, three three-pointers, and two assists in 33 minutes.

Fantasy Impact

Jackson is worth a look in all leagues as the team will try to tank it's way to a better pick this offseason. Jackson is looking better than Kenrich Williams and Darius Miller.
