Ramsey is a dangerous shooter who can score points in bunches. He finished his freshman season at Texas Tech with averages of 15.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game en route to winning the Big XII Freshman of the Year award. Ramsey is one of the youngest players in this years draft and will certainly be a viewed as a project in Sacramento.
