Jamal Murray contributed 23 points (10-25 FG, 2-8 3PT, 1-4 FT), 12 rebounds, eight assists, one block, and two turnovers in Saturday's double-overtime win versus the Jazz.
Murray actually claimed in the postgame interview that he was on a minutes restriction of 22. He ended up playing 39 minutes, and looked like his normal self after missing five months of action. Coming off his injured hamstring, however, it's likely that coach Michael Malone opts to cut back on his minutes with the team on the verge of clinching the third seed in the West.
Denver guard Jamal Murray will make his NBA bubble debut on Saturday against the Jazz after missing the previous four games due to a hamstring injury.
It's unclear if Murray will be on a minutes restriction but his return relegates Monte Morris back to the bench. After missing all of the Nugget's first four games in Orlando, his return Saturday will allow him to get in rhythm ahead of the playoffs starting later this month. Until more information is provided regarding how the Nuggets plan to ease him back into the lineup, it may be wise to limit exposure in daily fantasy.
Jamal Murray is listed as questionable on Saturday against the Utah Jazz, after being ruled out of the Nuggets' previous four games.
Murray has been unable to play in any game since the NBA season resumed. Hopefully Murray can play against the Jazz, but there has not been much news to suggest that he will be available. If Murray is out again, look for Monte Morris to receive another start in his place.
Jamal Murray (hamstring) has been ruled out Thursday vs. the Trail Blazers.
Murray joins Will Barton, Gary Harris, and Paul Millsap on the sidelines tonight for Denver. They’ll be extremely short-handed when they take on the Trail Blazers, and opportunities will open up for guys like Michael Porter Jr., Monte Morris, and Jerami Grant.
Nuggets G Jamal Murray (hamstring) is out once again Wednesday vs. San Antonio.
Monte Morris will continue to start in his place and see a full set of minutes. He played 38 in the last game. Gary Harris and Will Barton are out as well for Denver, and Michael Porter Jr. and Torrey Craig are expected to once again start in their absence.
