Walker was one of the key cornerstones on Houston's elite college basketball team in 2023. The Pacers are able to trade back one spot with the Washington Wizards to secure him and a couple of second-round picks to go with Walker. He should have a good shot to be an impact player in year one on a relatively thin Indiana depth chart.
