Kenneth Faried (knee) will not play on Thursday against Denver.
Faried will also miss Saturday's contest and half of an early week back-to-back next week. The Rockets seem to be playing it safe with the Manimal so in the meantime Danuel House and Gary Clark should be decent options.
Kenneth Faried is out again on Tuesday versus the Bucks with a knee injury.
The Rockets are probably taking it easy on Faried as they prefer him to be ready for the playoffs. Danuel House and Nene will pick up minutes.
Kenneth Faried played 24 minutes off the bench on Sunday, scoring 11 and pulling down 11 rebounds, while adding two blocks and one assist in a win over the New Orleans Pelicans.
After getting a DNP-CD on Friday, Faried racked up his first double-double since February 25th. Those that wish to roster Faried as a low-salary option C in DFS will need to pay close attention to lineup announcements before tipoff for the eight remaining games in the regular season.
Kenneth Faried will not play tonight vs the Memphis Grizzlies due to a sore knee.
With Faried out, PJ Tucker will see minutes as the backup Center behind Clint Capela. Nene, who was previously ruled out for rest, will be available in an emergency.
Kenneth Faried is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies with a sore knee.
The questionable tag, along with the Rockets recent propensity to rest players, suggests Faried will sit tonight. However, nothing is concrete yet so check back closer to tipoff for a final designation. With Nene already out (rest), Capela will be a minutes monster tonight if Faried doesn't go and makes for a strong play tonight in DFS cash games against the Grizzlies who have been extremely giving to the C position recently.
