Sean Kilpatrick scored 16 points on 6-for-13 shooting, including 2-for-4 from three, in Monday's 114-105 loss to the Nets. Kilpatrick went 2-for-4 from the free throw line to go along with three rebounds, two steals, an assist, and a block in 26 minutes off the bench.
If he stays on the Bulls next year, Kilpatrick could slot in as the backup shooting guard, as he's shown an ability to score off the bench. However, the three-year journeyman can't be counted on for consistent production, and should probably be left on the draft board next year.
Sean Kilpatrick agreed to a three-year deal worth $6.2 million with the Chicago Bulls on Monday. Kilpatrick spent time with the Clippers recently after spending time with the Bucks and Nets over the past year or so. He could see minutes right away with Kris Dunn and Zach LaVine out.
