Availability
Trendon Watford is listed as probable for Wednesday’s game against the Magic.
Fantasy Impact
Watford is on track to be good to go despite dealing with an illness. He should remain in his reserve role.
Trendon Watford led the 76ers' second unit with 20 points (7-11 FG, 0-1 3PT, 6-6 FT) and added nine rebounds and four assists in Saturday's win over Utah.
Fantasy Impact
Watford's 20 points tied a season-high and he has now reached double figures in five games this month. His nine rebounds were his most since recording nine back on November 23. Watford is averaging 8.5 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 2.7 assists in 19.7 minutes per game this month. He's still too inconsistent to be fantasy relevant.
Trendon Watford scored 12 points (6-7 FG, 0-1 3P) with four rebounds, two assists, and two blocks in the Sixers’ 135-114 win over the Pacers on Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact
Watford had almost no playing time against the Timberwolves on Sunday, but got back to his regular 15-20 minutes against the Pacers. He’s been a low-floor, low-ceiling type of player, he’s only had double digit points three times this month, so it’s best to leave him on waivers.
Trendon Watford (thigh) is off of the injury report for Friday's game against the Orlando Magic.
Fantasy Impact
Watford missed a lot of time while nursing a thigh injury, but he was recently able to make his return to the lineup and is now off of the injury report altogether ahead of a matchup against Orlando on Friday night. Fantasy managers shouldn't have high expectations for him for the foreseeable future, however.
Trendon Watford has been upgraded to available for Wednesday's game against the Washington Wizards.
Fantasy Impact
Watford will play in his first game since being sidelined on November 25 with a thigh strain. Philadelphia 76ers head coach Nick Nurse said he does not plan to play him enough for a minutes restriction to be a factor. Fantasy managers should not expect much from Watford in his first game back, and he is best left on the bench.
