New York continues to be a difficult matchup for Kon Knueppel, who once again had trouble finding the range from deep against the Knicks. After missing all seven of his long-distance attempts in a November 26 meeting, the rookie converted just one of his six three-point tries in Wednesday's loss, finishing with 13 points on 5-of-16 shooting. He managed to salvage some value by contributing four rebounds and four assists.
Fantasy Impact
Inefficiency plagued Knueppel in this contest, but such shooting struggles have been rare for the youngster. He was recently named the Eastern Conference Rookie of the Month, underscoring his strong start to the season. Fantasy managers should view this performance as an outlier rather than a cause for concern.
