Fantasy Impact: Rice has posted elite production when on the field, but he has continued to have issues off the field. He is entering the final year of his rookie contract and was recently sentenced to 30 days in jail for violating his probation. He also recently underwent a clean-up surgery. Rice will remain a WR1 for fantasy managers this upcoming season when he is on the field.
