Jalen Sundell (knee) to be designated to return from IR this week

Fantasy Impact: Sundell spent the last four games on IR with a knee injury after starting the first nine at center for Seattle. It is unclear if he will return at center or guard for the Seahawks.
Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald did not have an update on the status of Elijah Arroyo.
Fantasy Impact: Arroyo suffered the injury in the first half of Sunday's game and did not return. If he misses time, it could lead to AJ Barner seeing some more opportunity.
