Justin Perillo signs with Chicago

Fantasy Impact:
Perillo, who spent two and a half seasons in Green Bay, was signed to Chicago's active roster from their practice squad Friday. In 19 career games, he's only accumulated 15 receptions for 137 yards and a touchdown. He is primarily used as a blocking tight end when he is in a game.
