Walters was placed on IR with a foot injury but could be eligible to return to the team by Week 4 of the 2017 NFL season, per reports. In the wake of the 29-year-old wideout's absence, rookie Dede Westbrook will have a prime opportunity to showcase his abilities and carve himself out a role for the upcoming season.
