Watkins, who is recovering from a lingering foot injury, resumed practicing Thursday in a limited capacity. Although his return is positive news for his 2017 outlook, the Bills are still expected to remain cautious with their No. 1 wideout through the remainder of the offseason that includes mandatory minicamp, training camp and the preseason. Expect Watkins, who has battled various injuries since entering the league in 2014, to bounce back this season if his troublesome health remains intact.
