Kaelin Clay has been traded to the Bills for DB Kevon Seymour. Clay is primarily a returner for the Ravens back in 2015 but he could crack the lineup in Buffalo. (panthers.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Clay shouldn't be a fantasy option in any league at this point. Jordan Matthews and Zay Jones are locked in as top WR's in Buffalo.
