Stills was listed as questionable heading into Sunday and missed Friday's practice with a back injury, but he is apparently good to go for the Dolphins. Miami has struggled on offense this season, and the return of DeVante Parker should continue to eat into Stills's share of touches, but Tampa Bay boasts one of the league's worst passing defenses through the first 10 weeks of the season, making Stills a worthwhile flex play.
