Eddie Lacy gets season-high in carries

by Caleb Baggette | Sun, Nov 26th 7:48pm EST

Eddie Lacy saw 17 carries for 46 yards with three receptions on as many targets for 15 yards in the Seahawks' win over the 49ers.

Fantasy Impact:

Lacy showed signs of life against the 49ers, reaching double-digit carries for only the third time this year. Lacy is worth a roster spot for those struggling at RB as the Seahawks appear to be committed to Lacy despite his struggles, though he offers little upside.

With Matt Davis set to return in Week 13, I wouldn't invest a bench spot in Eddie Lacy. In Week 11, Davis out snapped Lacy before he exited with a groin injury. Seattle involved Davis in both the early and passing downs and I think they will give him another opportunity once healthy. JD McKissic should see passing down work as well, relegating Eddie Lacy (9% of the snap count when Davis active) and Thomas Rawls (healthy scratch when Davis active) to the bench.
