Riddick ran the ball eight times for 49 yards and caught three passes for another 12 yards through the air. He led the team in touches but was out-carried by rookie Tion Green.
Last week's explosion was an obvious aberration, and this week proved that. Detroit's attack was aerial in nature, but didn't involve Riddick's pass-catching skills in all but a few instances. His ceiling will continue to lower as Ameer Abdullah begins to increase his workload off of an injury.
