Josh Rosen to enter 2018 NFL Draft

by Mark Leipold | Tue, Jan 23rd 1:34pm EST

Josh Rosen will forgo his senior season at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) to enter the 2018 NFL Draft.

Fantasy Impact:

Rosen is widely considered one of the top QBs in a solid draft class. He completed 62.5% of his passes for 3717 yards, 26 TDs, and 10 INTs in his junior season. None of these numbers jump off the page, but Rosen is a solid passer, averaging 8.0 yards per attempt through his three years at UCLA. His TD-INT ratio of just over 2 is not as encouraging. Also hurting Rosen's fantasy outlook is that he adds basically nothing with his legs, totaling -154 rushing yards for his career according to Sports Reference CFB. Rosen needs refinement, but has potential, and is likely to land with a QB-needy team early in the first round. His expectations in year one should be tempered.
