Mike Williams inactive yet again for the Bills

Buffalo native Mike Williams once again won't suit up for the Bills today against the Cleveland Browns. Williams is inactive for the third time this season. Receiver Marquise Goodwin, who sat out the Week 12 win against the New York Jets, is in the lineup. (The Buffalo News)
Fantasy Impact:
With Williams a low-end flex at best, he shouldn't be too much of a late fantasy worry this week. Those who have opted to start him against Cleveland would be advised to remove him from their lineup.
