John Simon listed as day-to-day

The Indianapolis Colts got some good news Sunday as a scan revealed nothing serious with the neck injury that caused defensive end John Simon to exit the club's third preseason game. Simon missed seven games last year with a different neck injury and had also missed some training camp practice time with hamstring and groin ailments. Simon is listed as day-to-day but won't play in the Colts' final preseason tilt in Cincinnati. (The Indianapolis Star)
