Eli Apple repeatedly targeted by Dallas in Week 13 loss.

Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott repeatedly seemed to "pick on" New Orleans cornerback Eli Apple with success in the first half of this contest. To show for it Prescott completed more pass attempts than Apple did tackles. He ended up with six combined as Prescott went on to complete 24 of 28 attempts. New Orleans had made a trade for Apple around the deadline and it certainly may be one the would like to have back at this point.
Fantasy Impact:
In most cases, as teams have preferred to go after Apple over Marshon Lattimore, Apple has managed to rack up some decent IDP production. In this contest, it was Lattimore topping the secondary stats with nine solos and one assisted, possibly in clean-up duty as Apple struggled. In general, the trend keeps Apple on the IDP radar for owners needing to insert cornerbacks in their lineups. To note safety Vonn Bell slotted in third with 1 solo and five assists with one for a loss. Bell did have a costly penalty on Dak Prescott in the second half, but of course, that did not affect his IDP production.
