The Colts are resting most of their starters against the Bears on Saturday despite the dress rehearsal stigma for preseason Week 3. And considering the uncertainties surrounding Andrew Luck's availability for Week 1, Brissett is being treated as the QB1. This is a smart move by the Colts and makes sense.
