Fantasy Impact:
In yet another blow to a secondary decimated by injuries, Morgan Burnett has also been ruled inactive. Burnett is an upside DB2/S2 in IDP leagues so fantasy owners may quickly need to make other plans. The Rams Taylor Rapp should be considered as a last minute replacement.
