Fantasy Impact:
Vigil, a 2016 third-round pick out of Utah State, played four seasons with Cincinnati. He’s increased his production each year, and in 2019 he started all 16 games, recording 111 tackles. He’ll look to start at linebacker for the Chargers this upcoming season.
