Fantasy Impact:
The 36-year-old reunites with Mike Vrabel in what will likely be a mentoring role. Joseph should still see snaps on the field on a rotational basis but the days of him being a full-time starter appear to be over. Pro Football Focus rated him as the leagues' 83rd best cornerback in 2019 (out of 128 qualifiers).
