Heading into his second season in the NFL, explosive wideout Martavis Bryant is expected to surpass Markus Wheaton on the depth chart for the Steelers' No. 2 WR position. Pittsburgh’s offensive coordinator Todd Haley said he expects Bryant to make significant progress this offseason and provide “big-time production†in 2015. (NFL.com)
Fantasy Impact:
In his rookie season, the 6-foot-4 WR scored a total of eight TDs (on just 26 receptions) in 10 games and rewarded his owners with five weeks of double-digit fantasy point totals in standard-scoring formats. He’s the perfect deep threat compliment to Antonio Brown in Pittsburgh’s passing game. With added playing time next season, Bryant’s size-speed combination could bring sneaky WR2 upside to the table especially with opposing defenses dealing with Brown on the other side of the field.
