Fantasy Impact:
Moss started eight games for the Dolphins last season after he was cut by the Giants. The 3rd-year edge totaled 25 tackles and one forced fumble in 11 games last season. He’ll hope to sign on with another team, but that could be tough as teams get down to a roster size of 80 players rather than the usual 90.
