Dolphins coach Brian Flores says Williams has been "running and rehabbing well." The 23-year-old UDFA tore his ACL in November after a promising start to this rookie campaign. He was outproducing DeVante Parker before his injury and will now look to reclaim a prominent role in this passing offense.
